At Divain, we want you to find your perfect scent with complete confidence. If your fragrance isn't a perfect match, you can return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened and remains in its original shrink-wrapped packaging to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
